Every person who calls Arkansas home has a stake in its future, which is why we oppose attempts to limit the rights of individuals based on race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, or previous condition. Our state’s constitution provides for equality for all persons: “The equality of all persons before the law is recognized, and shall ever remain inviolate.”
